- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original bag.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons（Such as:Incorrect products, Quality problem of products）, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Our refund will be credited to your account within one day after receiving the goods. We will also gladly give you a refund in the form of an e-gift card for your future purchases on our website. E-gift cards never expire!
1. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

3. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (firstname.lastname@example.org). For more than 2 hours, there's no guarantee that we can cancel.
If you want to change order before before shipping out, please contact us first; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
